No sockets by bed wouldn’t serve us in restaurant because a coach load had priority no breakfast

There was a domestic between other guests that lasted from 11.15pm to 5.15 am (15/2 to 16/2) the police attending the motel at 5.15am. the occupance of five rooms were outside in the cold at this time. Even though the owners were on the property they did nothing. Their rooms were right next to the incident. There was no emergency number. The actual domestic incident was very violent. We checked out immediately as we didn't get any sleep. We want our money back for this night. The owners are useless and shouldn't be running a business.

mixed experience. nice room, clean and spacious. peak season , so accepted the $260 per night charge. booking in we were informed that the restaurant was shut, so no breakfast option and the cleaners were off so no service of the rooms. No attempt to say sorry or how about a discount for no clean towels or sheets.

Best place to stay
I travel to Batemans Bay regularly for business and have been staying at Sunseeker for many years. I have found the place very suitable, clean, comfortable and the management and staff are very friendly and go out of their way to provide exceptional service. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.
